Giving Back

It’s in our nature to give back, and when we heard about HalfCut’s vision, we jumped at the chance to help them achieve it.

HalfCut is a grassroots organisation on a mission to heal the Daintree Rainforest, the oldest tropical rainforest on Earth, while supporting the Eastern Kuku Yalanji Bama people, its Traditional Owners.

HalfCut is a movement driving real impact through community-led programs to restore ecosystems, empower Indigenous communities, and protect the Daintree Rainforest -one of the world’s most vital biodiversity hotspots.

HalfCut’s ‘Heal Country, Heal Culture’ program is a community-led initiative, run with their partners Jabalbina Yalanji Aboriginal Corporation, focusing on seven core pillars to support a Green Economy in the Daintree:

Healing and Wellbeing,

…ensuring the Daintree survives for future generations, in the hands of its traditional owners.

Together, we’re not just saving rainforests; we’re healing country and culture.

We produced this video for their latest campaign which helped to raise 900K+ of a target of 1,000,000.

We also donate 1% of the value of each project to support their work. More than 50% of the worlds’ forests are gone. Let’s save the other half!
